Blue Byte Advisory is a team of strategists, researchers, and practitioners who believe that innovation works best when it's grounded in evidence, guided by mission, and built alongside the people it's designed to serve.
Since 2022, our team has supported educators, leaders, EdTech developers, nonprofit organizations, medical-facing organizations, universities, community organizations, and policy makers in learning about AI, integrating AI into their work, developing AI policies, training teachers and students in AI literacy and safety, and building tools to support knowledge management across organizations.
Collectively, we have worked with and supported over 3,000 organizations and countless educators. We focus on understanding current innovations, upcoming opportunities, supporting mission-centered use of AI, creating clarity for teams and organizations, and sound implementation that is informed by real experience.
Our work spans six continents and includes collaborations with the Gates Foundation, the Brookings Institution, UNESCO, ISTE, the Council for Exceptional Children, the Kennedy Center, and many more.

Dr. Jody Britten is a strategic consultant with deep experience in systems change, implementation science, instructional technology, and organizational change to support innovation. She brings over twenty years of experience at the intersection of entrepreneurship, education, and nonprofit leadership — working with a human-centered, governance-first lens to help mission-driven organizations navigate complex transitions with clarity and confidence. Her recent work has focused extensively on supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of generative AI across education, nonprofit, and mission-driven settings.
